Montreal’s Downtown Pleads For A Little Tenderness

Well-know columnist Josh Freed, in the guise of downtown Montreal, asks, “Why is Montreal city council courting this new and prettier girl to threaten me? The project promises lots of new housing and Mayor Tremblay says that I’m already losing business to suburban malls, so why not lose it to a new Montreal mall instead?”
